The Miloserdya Viktor Charitable Foundation was established in August 2005. The Foundation is named after Viktor Morokhovskyi, the founder of Odesa’s intellectual movement, the long-standing captain of the “What? Where? When?” team, and a man who dedicated his life to the advancement of education, culture, and philanthropy.

Over more than twenty years of activity, the Foundation has evolved into a modern humanitarian organization implementing charitable, social, medical, and educational projects designed to support the most vulnerable groups. Following the start of the full-scale war, the Foundation significantly expanded its work while remaining true to its core mission: helping people facing difficult life circumstances.

Today, the Foundation’s main areas of activity include:

• providing psychological assistance to children, young people, military families, internally displaced persons, and people affected by the war;
• implementing physical and psychological rehabilitation programs for children and organizing health-improvement, educational, and social adaptation activities;
• providing humanitarian support to internally displaced persons, large families, older people, persons with disabilities, and other socially vulnerable groups;
• promoting education, culture, youth initiatives, and civil society, and supporting social, cultural, and educational projects;
• assisting healthcare institutions, children’s hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and military hospitals by supplying medical equipment, consumables, care products, and other essential resources;
• supporting Ukrainian service members by providing food, medical supplies, tactical gear, vehicle spare parts, and other equipment required to carry out combat missions.

The Foundation’s CHILDHOOD program holds a special place in its work, bringing together projects focused on supporting children. Through this program, the Foundation supplies children’s hospitals with essential equipment, organizes psychological support, rehabilitation and health-improvement activities, creative and educational projects, and assists children from families facing difficult life circumstances.

The Foundation regularly carries out humanitarian missions, supports hospitals and military medical facilities, cooperates with military brigade support services and Ukrainian and international partners, provides targeted assistance based on the current needs of communities, and implements long-term social and rehabilitation projects.

Thanks to the trust of its partners, donors, businesses, and volunteers, the Miloserdya Viktor Charitable Foundation continues its daily work to save lives, support people, and help rebuild Ukraine.
